Everything under One Roof

Property owners are not at all very choosy when it comes to accepting tenants. For building owners, they find it more advantageous if their tenants are a mix of everything. It is, therefore, not surprising to see sports training and fitness centres, a bank, a restaurant, a day care centre and a beauty salon in one building. The roof deck of the building can also be used for badminton or tennis grounds.

Inside the building, there is an active exchange of services. A bank employee, for example, after a day’s work, goes up to the roof deck to do her daily badminton game. At other times, she checks into the beauty salon for some personal pampering. Having different kinds of tenants under one roof can be very appealing for old and new tenants alike since it attracts a good number of new clients every day.
